张健新，女，河北工业大学土木与交通学院副教授，博导，国家一级注册结构工程师，主要从事从事装配式结构、钢混组合结构、建筑超低能耗、智能建造、结构可靠性等领域的科研与实践工作，主持国家自然科学基金1项，河北省自然科学基金2项、河北省高层次人才项目1项，博士论文被评为“河北省优秀博士学位论文”，获河北省科技进步二等奖1项,河北省优秀硕士学位论文指导教师。在《Engineering Structures》《Journal of Building Engineering》《Journal of Earthquake Engineering》《Structures》《工程力学》等学术期刊以第一作者或通讯作者发表SCI、EI检索论文20篇（SCI一区8篇），授权发明专利22项、实用新型专利20余项，出版学术专著2部，参编地方标准8部，担任《Engineering Structures》《Steel and Composite Structures》《Structural Engineering and Mechanics》《Structures》等期刊审稿人。
